Get to know me

Psychology grounded in knowledge, experience and care.

I am a psychologist with clinical experience, a psychodietetics specialist and a psychotherapist undertaking four-year training in cognitive behavioural therapy at SWPS University.

My main areas of interest include mental health, physical and chronic illness, the perinatal period, loss and emotional difficulties.

I combine clinical experience, current psychological knowledge and an individual approach to each person I work with.

Areas of support

What can you seek support with?

It is not always easy to name what we need. Sometimes it begins with the sense that the ways we have been coping are no longer enough.

01

Anxiety and chronic stress

Persistent worry, tension, overwhelm and difficulty switching off.

02

Low mood

Reduced energy, motivation or interest, and feeling weighed down by everyday life.

03

Life changes and crises

Separation, loss, important decisions, changes in circumstances and difficult experiences.

04

Illness and health

Support after a diagnosis, during chronic illness, treatment, hospitalisation or a change in functioning.

05

Pregnancy and the perinatal period

Support with anxiety, overwhelm, low mood and adjusting to a new situation.

06

Loss and grief

Support for women, men and couples after pregnancy or child loss and other experiences of grief.

07

Relationships and emotions

Communication, boundaries, self-esteem, emotional regulation and relationships with others.

08

Young people

Support with emotional, relational and school difficulties, and the challenges of growing up.

Clinical experience

Experience that informs the way I work.

I developed my professional experience primarily in clinical settings, working with both hospital and outpatient clients.

At St Adalbert Hospital in Gdańsk, I provided consultations across obstetrics and gynaecology, oncology, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, dermatology and paediatrics, as well as in a mental health clinic.

This taught me to understand psychological difficulties in the wider context of physical health, life circumstances, relationships and treatment experiences.

Specialist support

Support that considers your whole situation.

Illness and health

When illness changes everyday life.

Support with the emotions surrounding a diagnosis, treatment, chronic stress, hospitalisation and changes in your previous way of functioning.

The perinatal period

Not every story looks the same.

Support during pregnancy and after birth, with anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, adjusting to a new role and experiences of loss.

How I work

Calmly, one step at a time.

You do not need to know immediately whether you need one consultation or longer-term work. The first meeting gives us space to consider that together.

01

The first consultation

We talk about what led you to seek support, what feels difficult now and what you need.

02

Understanding the difficulty

We organise the situation and identify what is having the greatest impact on your wellbeing and daily life.

03

Further work

If we continue, we agree goals and a way of working suited to your situation and needs.
